Honey Garlic Air Fryer Salmon
Flaky salmon with a sticky honey-garlic glaze, ready in 12 minutes. A weeknight dinner that tastes like a treat.

Sweet, savoury and ready faster than rice. The honey-garlic glaze caramelises beautifully in the air fryer, giving you sticky edges and a tender, flaky centre. Serve over jasmine rice with steamed broccoli, or flake it into a grain bowl.
Ingredients
Instructions
Air fryer:200°C / 392°F
Pat the salmon dry and brush lightly with olive oil. Season with pepper.
Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger to make the glaze.
Brush half the glaze over the salmon.
Air fry at 200°C for 7–9 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and reaches 52–55°C internally for medium.
Brush with the remaining glaze and cook for 1 final minute to caramelise.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice or greens.
Tips & tricks
- Take the salmon out of the fridge 15 minutes before cooking for even results.
- Thicker fillets need a minute or two longer — go by flakiness, not just the timer.
- Line the basket with a perforated parchment round for easy cleanup.
