Air Fryer Frozen Toasted Ravioli: How Long at 400°F
Air fryer frozen toasted ravioli cooks from frozen in 6–10 minutes at 200°C, with a crisp breaded shell and hot filling.

This no-thaw method is for pre-breaded frozen toasted ravioli, the kind sold as a freezer appetizer. Cook at 200°C/400°F in a single layer, shake halfway, and serve as soon as the coating is crisp and the filling is hot.
Ingredients
Instructions
Air fryer:200°C / 392°F

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C/400°F for 3 minutes if your model recommends preheating.
Place the frozen toasted ravioli in a single layer in the basket, leaving a little space between pieces. Cook in batches if they would overlap.
Lightly spray the tops with oil if you want extra browning; skip it for a drier, less oily finish.
Air fry for 6 minutes, then shake the basket or flip the ravioli with tongs.
Continue cooking for 1–4 minutes more, until the coating is crisp and golden and the centers are fully hot. Small cheese ravioli often finish around 6–8 minutes; larger meat-filled pieces may need 9–10 minutes.
For meat-filled ravioli, check a large piece in the center of the batch; it should be steaming hot throughout. If the package indicates raw meat, follow the package safety directions and verify with a thermometer.
Rest for 1–2 minutes before serving, as the filling can be very hot. Serve with warm marinara and finish with Parmesan and parsley if using.
Tips & tricks
- Do not thaw first; thawed breaded ravioli can soften, stick, or split more easily.
- For Aldi/Mama Cozzi’s-style or Louisa-style toasted ravioli, start checking at 7 minutes because size and coating thickness vary.
- Plain unbreaded frozen ravioli is not the same product; it needs a light oil coating and may turn chewy rather than crisp.
- If the coating is pale, add a small oil spray and cook 1–2 minutes longer.
- If ravioli burst, reduce the time slightly next batch and avoid overfilling the basket; trapped steam builds faster when pieces overlap.
