A full hot breakfast with almost no washing up. The bacon crisps up beautifully without splattering your hob, and the eggs cook gently alongside it. Scale it up for a crowd by cooking the bacon in batches and adding more ramekins.

Instructions
Air fryer:180°C / 356°F
Lay the bacon in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 180°C for 6 minutes.
Meanwhile, crack one egg into each greased ramekin and season.
Flip the bacon, add the ramekins alongside it, and cook for a further 5–6 minutes until the bacon is crisp and the eggs are set to your liking.
Sprinkle the eggs with chives and serve with toast.
Tips & tricks
- For runnier yolks, add the ramekins 1–2 minutes later than the bacon.
- Place a slice of bread under the bacon for the last 3 minutes to catch the drippings — instant fried bread.
- No ramekins? Crack eggs into silicone muffin cups instead.
